This Villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday close to a city with big variation of restaurants, cultural sights, shopping possibilities and who also want to relax or just walk down to the beach 5 minutes away.

There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom of the master-bedroom has a Jacuzzi. And all rooms have their own balcony. There are also two single rooms with shared bathroom and a terrace. There is a big living room with direct entrance to the terrace and garden with the pool. The kitchen (fully fitted) is connected to a terrace that is ideal for dining with BBQ.

A couple maintains the villa. They are there to provide you with a different kind of service, like Shopping, cleaning, cooking, and laundry service. These services are optional and not included in the rental price. They are living in the downstairs apartment and you will not get disturbed from them unless you need there service. Early morning and late evening they maintain the garden and the pool.

Elektricity of inside and outside jakuzzi use has to be paid.
