1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT: At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 30% of the total cost of the property within two days by bank transfer. The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. Please ensure that payment is made within that time otherwise we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, in which case you could be liable to pay us the cancellation charges detailed below. If you arrange your holiday within 42 days of travelling then full payment is due with your booking.
2. ELECTRİCİTY & WATER: Our price includes the cost of renting of the holiday house. If not differently described in the presentation side of web, the water and electricity will be included in the rental. Toilet articles, as well as kitchen cloths, wiping rags and toilet paper must be brought by tenant, as far as not agreed.
3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Your accommodation is available earliest after 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. The maid, gardener, pool man need this time to prepare the accommodation property for incoming guests. Although you are not required to vacate your property before 10am please be aware that staff may arrive before this time. Bodrum-Rentals can place the contract-exceeding use in calculation due to the late evacuation of the accommodation unit. If the tenant does not arrive, or arrives very late on the first day of the renting period, this must be agreed upon particularly with the key holder.
4. SECURİTY DEPOSİT: A refundable security deposit will be taken upon arrival. The amount differs depends on the holiday house between 250 Eur - 1000 Eur. You can see the exact price listed on our website. The security deposit must be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded provided the holiday rental property, on inspection, is left in a clean and tidy condition. If the holiday rental property is left in an unreasonable condition Bodrum-Rentals will pay for the extra cleaning from the deposit.
5. CLEANİNG: Before check-in and after check-out an examination of the accommodation takes place. The holiday homes are handed out clean and are to be returned in the same condition. You can take the requested final cleaning fees on the presentation side in the Internet
6. CHANGES: Any kind of changes must be submitted immediately in writing to Bodrum-Rentals.
