On entering the front door the aesthetic style and quality of this villa is evident.

TERRACE: There is a large covered terraces with shaded dining areas and large outdoor sofas and chairs to lounge on. Here you can share magical evenings watching glorious sun-sets.

LOUNGES: The main lounge is sunny and bright with tasteful, quality furnishing and large sofas. The TV lounge is just off the kitchen with comfortable seating close to refreshments and handy for keeping an eye on the younger children whilst preparing meals.

DINING AREA: The elegant open plan dining area is furnished with a custom made wooden table and is the perfect place to share a meal with friends whilst enjoying the views across the Aegean Sea.

KITCHEN: The well equipped kitchen has wodden work tops, gas hobs (stove tops), electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, wine fridge, mini mocha coffee maker, etc.

BEDROOMS: There are two ensuite bedrooms located on the entrance level, they are air conditioned. One has a double bed, the other one has a single bed. Also on this level is a washroom with wc & basin.

The master suite is located on the 1st floor - this air-conditioned bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, wc & basin. There is a large south facing terrace with fabulous views of the Turkish countryside with the castle and Aegean Seaview. Two more bedrooms are on this floor, both are air conditioned - and with double beds. These two rooms share their own bathroom with shower over the bath, wc & basin.

On this floor is also an office area with stunning castle view.

The large pool has gentle Roman Style steps where I’m sure your children will love to play or provide a perfect spot to wallow. There are plenty of sun beds and an outdoor shower to refresh yourself after that dip in the pool.
