Villa Rich is a delightful holiday home ideally situated for those guests that wish to be close to the city and beach.
The entrance to Villa Rich; on this level is a lounge dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the level is a fitness room, and a bathroom with bathtub, wc and basin. The lounge-dining area is furnished with quality items and tasteful decor. There is a TV with SKY satellite.
The modern kitchen is well equipped and has gas hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dish washer, coffee machine etc.
Up a flight of stairs you will find the bedrooms. One of them has a balcony overlooking the pool. Two bedrooms are airconditioned (with heating in the winter), fan is provided in the third bedroom. A bathroom completes this floor. The washing machine is at the roof top.

The centerpiece of Villa Rich is the large swimming pool with its own waterfall. There is a covered area by the pool with a dininig table. The pool area is private and has comfortable sun loungers.... a great place to relax over a long lunch while planning the day ahead.

beach at Torba where it gently slopes into the inviting waters of the Aegean.
This little village is hiding in a charming little bay. Heading North of Bodrum Torba is the nearest village. It is only active during the summer months, but due to the generally high quality of the holiday home developments is a pleasant and relaxed place to visit. At the harbour you will find restaurants and shopping possibilities. There are also the remains of a Byzantine monastery, and nearby is a small path leading to the next bay, which is ideal for a little light walking. Ferries to Didim (ancient Didyma) leave from Torba harbor across the Gulf of Güllük.
